Ducks Fly Together! (credit to the movie!!!)

At one point it was said that GM Parliament would assume duties of another organization when hell froze over. Well!!! Hell has apparently frozen over. Probably for the best as I tend to overheat pretty easily. But that's neither here nor there. Roughly 2 months into my tenure as the GM of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim (lets be honest... I came to Anaheim because of Disneyland and running the Ducks was just a bonus) we've made roughly 6 trades to start the revamping of the roster in hopes of competing sooner rather than later.

It began with sending Eetu Luostarinen to Dallas in exchange for a couple picks and prospect Ville Koivunen and William Stromgren. Which was then followed up by sending offloading the contract of Scott Laughton who was shipped to the New York Rangers in exchange for future potential star player Adam Sykora as well as mid-late rd picks in 2024 and 2025. In an effort to continue shedding cap GM Parliament struck a deal with the beast himself Martin "The Shrek" Grech. Sending the ageless wonder Niklas Backstrom and his bloated contract to Arizona.

Anaheim continued their overhaul of the lineup by bringing in Ryan McDonagh in exchange for controversial defenceman Tony DeAngelo. Anaheim finalzed their preseason and start of the regular season roster by bringing in The Duke Anthony Duclair and shipping out Max Comtois. As it stands now the Ducks lineup looks as follows:
