Changes Made at the Top

Hello Folks,

At the Carolina Hurricanes headquarters, things were not working out well in the first 7 games.  After some calls around the horn, a change at GM was necessary and I have been brought in to help guide this team back in the winning direction with such core pieces such as Boeser, Reinhart, Verhaeghe, Aho, Svechnkov, Jarvis, and Slavin.

My plan to bring this team back into the fold will be to address the goaltending, which has not been working in the first 7 games.  I will give credit to Matt for a wonderful game 8.  Also, the plan will be to address the stability in the second half of the defense core.  All while not taking away the identity of this team and keeping hold of our great prospects which we have drafted here in Carolina.
